This is a purely informational website: it uses no analytics or tracking tools, and stores no visitor data on its servers. The site sets a single functional cookie (gs_lang) that remembers the language version you choose, so you land on it directly on your next visit; it contains no personal data, expires after one year, and can be cleared at any time via your browser settings.
If you use the contact form, the information you enter (name, company, e-mail address, phone number and your message) is not sent to our servers. It is handed to your own e-mail application and arrives directly at sales@ground-space.com as a regular e-mail. We receive and process this e-mail, including the personal data it contains.
Your contact details are used exclusively to answer your inquiry and, where relevant, to prepare a business relationship (quotations, samples, project discussions). For visitors from the EU/EEA the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (measures prior to entering a contract) or your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR); for visitors from China it is the voluntary provision of data under China’s Personal Information Protection Law (PIPL).
We keep inquiry e-mails only as long as necessary to handle your request and any resulting business relationship. Afterwards they are deleted, unless statutory retention obligations require longer storage.
We do not sell your data and do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes. E-mail transmission takes place over public networks and involves your mailbox provider; please do not send particularly sensitive information by e-mail.
Parts of this website direct you to third-party platforms (such as WeChat, WeChat Channels and Douyin, as well as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok). When you use those platforms, your data is processed by the platform operators under their own privacy policies; we are not involved in that processing.
If you are in the EU/EEA, the content of your inquiry email may be transferred to and stored in the People’s Republic of China. Such transfer relies on Article 49(1)(b) GDPR (necessary for the performance of a contract or for pre-contractual measures taken at your request).
You may request access to your personal data and have it rectified or deleted, object to or ask for restriction of processing, and withdraw consent at any time (EU/EEA: GDPR Arts. 15–21 and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority; China: the rights to consult, copy and delete under the PIPL). Personal data of children under 14 requires the consent of their guardian. If you object to our processing: users in mainland China may complain to the Cyberspace Administration of China; users in the EU/EEA may exercise their rights under Articles 15–21 GDPR and lodge a complaint with their local supervisory authority; users in other regions may contact the competent local authority. Visitors from other regions fall under their local law, and we process their data according to the principles set out in this policy.
